"I put the inquiry in around 6pm and Gabriel responded within minutes. After I responded back with the issue he was quick to respond and came out the next morning. He communicated everything he was checking and looking for and figured out the issue relatively quick. Found the part, picked it up and returned quickly to install it. Gabriel also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. He was great!"

"Was charged $310 and washing machine not repaired. Was misdiagnosed as bad speed sensor needed to be replaced. When called them back after new part installed they said it would cost another $50 to replace drive belt. They did not even run machine after first part installed to see if it was fixed. (Amazon cost for belt $20). I did not agree and was treated very poorly verbally by man on phone and received no cooperation or refund at all. Would not recommend this outfit to anyone."
