"When I needed it most... My house is 16 years old, out of warranty and the foundation started to crack. I called Allen at Hercules prior to the pandemic. He came out and measured and found that the second story and garage were pulling away from the rest of the structure. Due to expense, I had to wait for repairs. I had no idea I would be waiting for the next two years almost due to CoVid. For those two years all I could think about was my house my house falling and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. A few months ago, I felt like I was finally able to address the foundation. I called Allen again. Not only did he remember me, but he was here within a few days to reassess the house, give me a quote and schedule the work. Still, I had to wait. With the pandemic, material prices went up and so the cost of the repair. I was in a situation - again. They led me through every step of the process. Lauren helped me with the financials and invoicing; they sent someone to walk me through the actual repair and let me know what was going to be done; they were here on schedule and completed the job in only two days!!! Not only did they close all the holes, it was as if the holes had not been there at all when literally saw grown men disappear into the ground around my house! "When you need foundation work done check for these things: - prior foundation work done on your house - ask the representative who comes in and takes the level readings how far off level is your foundation. When the representative came and took the readings on our house, he did not say how off level it was. All he said was the house was leaning bad on the right side. When the foundation team came to install the piers, I found out that the house was off level by 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm)! I paid almost $13,000 to have the right side of the house lifted 1/4 inch (ca. 10 cm). And then come to find out when the foundation crew started digging, previous foundation work had already been done! - read, reread and reread the contract before you sign it! Ask any question no matter how stupid you may think it is! - make sure you have a 4-inch sewer clean out so a plumber hired by the foundation company can come in and do a PRE and post hydrostatic test. Any water leaks in your plumbing will void the contract! All plumbing issues are the homeowners financial responsibility to repair!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
