"We had an issue with the foundation of our home moving. Due to the freeze of 2021 and the rains that followed the soil between the homeâ s foundation beams and the bed rock began to shift. We noticed cracks in our ceiling and the garage floor. We contacted various contractors but quickly settled with Hercules Foundation. Allen Alexander of Hercules Foundation came to our house, measured the distances from level, assessed the damage and proposed the work needed to be performed and the timing. Hercules Foundation would be responsible for all permits required and obtain markings of the utility lines and finally the inspection and approval of the City Engineers. The price quoted was competitive. The work comes with a Life Time Warranty and is transferrable in the event we would sell our home. The work compromised included installing 18 piers, around the areas of the house that required leveling, the digging of the holes, removal of river rock and flagstone in parts of the back yard. The time quoted for completion was three (3) days. Considering the amount of work required I found this to be somewhat optimistic. The team that completed the work was managed by Michael Sanchez. I have rarely experienced a team that was so professional, safety consciousness, patient with our constant questioning, punctual, trust in each other and the work they were doing, and the way they performed the work as a team. It is a team that is loyal to each our and Hercules Foundation. Michael Sanchezâ s son is being deployed to The Ukraine. God bless him and all US Service men and women. When reviewing the work performed another amazing observation was that it looked clean and as if nothing was done."

They knew what they were doing - they stayed with the job until it was done - they didn't go to another job while working on mine. They even took their shoes off when they came into the house to keep from messing up the floor. Best of all they did a great job on my house. "When you need foundation work done check for these things: - prior foundation work done on your house - ask the representative who comes in and takes the level readings how far off level is your foundation. When the representative came and took the readings on our house, he did not say how off level it was. All he said was the house was leaning bad on the right side. When the foundation team came to install the piers, I found out that the house was off level by 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm)! I paid almost $13,000 to have the right side of the house lifted 1/4 inch (ca. 10 cm). And then come to find out when the foundation crew started digging, previous foundation work had already been done! - read, reread and reread the contract before you sign it! Ask any question no matter how stupid you may think it is! - make sure you have a 4-inch sewer clean out so a plumber hired by the foundation company can come in and do a PRE and post hydrostatic test. Any water leaks in your plumbing will void the contract! All plumbing issues are the homeowners financial responsibility to repair!"

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom.
