The design concept was really neat with videos provided showing how it worked. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the quality of the installation. I was impressed with the entire experience so I had them bid the construction of a firepit area with round limestone brick boarder, black star gravel, and CUSTOM pavers. Came out really pretty but most importantly, the construction (footers, landscape fabric, rebar ... etc) was top notch construction. They are now my go-to Guys!!!"

The design concept was really neat with videos provided showing how it worked. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the quality of the installation. "At first, I was very disappointed with the result. The boards were crooked, the fence was not plumb, and the concrete that was placed in the holes to support the posts was a total mess. Howver, I contacted Mr. Crossland in the Corpus office. This is one man that GETS it! He listened. He didnt make excuses. He simply handled it. Keep in mind, I was angry and highly skeptical. I have dealt with one bad contractor after another & was prepared for yet another let down. Mr. Crossland maintained open communication, he let me vent and frankly, I said some very harsh, albeit truthful, things. A week later i had the beautiful fence I paid for! They replaced the warped boards, fixed the concrete mess & even added a railing "cap" along the top for no additional cost. It looks awesome! There are SOO many companies out there that could learn alot from D&C fence's commitment to customer service! I gave them a B because the first 6 months were so stressful and it took a few times before Mr Crossland stepped in. But the bottom line is this is a professional company that actually cares about customers!"
