"I found Hayden on Angi and I'm so glad I did. We had a bad situation where both of our bathrooms were leaking and mold was growing in several locations. We received a mold protocol and got a few estimates from well-reviewed restoration services but Hayden Restoration won our business for a few reasons. Brenton, the owner, came out and found the sources of the problems that others hadn't bothered to find. He clearly explained their process for remediation and their estimate to our satisfaction. Other bids treated us like a spreadsheet with no comprehensive understanding of the layout of our house or the unique remediation needed, but Brenton's estimate was clear and self-explanatory. I could tell Brenton had a ton of experience with all sorts of situations and won our trust when we were feeling overwhelmed with the prospects of moving out of our house and needing to demo both bathrooms. "Setting up the appointment with the very pleasant lady who answers the phone and the actual carpet cleaning went without a hitch. The two fellows who did the cleaning showed up on time, were pleasant and professional , and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The bad news: after they left, I noticed that they had left some very noticeable scratches on an antique coffee table in my living room. Two days later, I noticed that they had also scraped paint off a door frame in the hallway. I called the office to report these issues and the lady apologized and offered to cover any expenses that I might incur in repairs."
