We received a mold protocol and got a few estimates from well-reviewed restoration services but Hayden Restoration won our business for a few reasons. Brenton, the owner, came out and found the sources of the problems that others hadn't bothered to find. He clearly explained their process for remediation and their estimate to our satisfaction. "Setting up the appointment with the very pleasant lady who answers the phone and the actual carpet cleaning went without a hitch. The two fellows who did the cleaning showed up on time, were pleasant and professional , and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The bad news: after they left, I noticed that they had left some very noticeable scratches on an antique coffee table in my living room. Two days later, I noticed that they had also scraped paint off a door frame in the hallway. I called the office to report these issues and the lady apologized and offered to cover any expenses that I might incur in repairs."
