Received both e-mails and texts on appointment to include a photo and short bio of the actual electrician (Brad Mason) who would be doing the work. Wish all home service providers did the same. Brad was on time (actually a few minutes early). He installed 30AMP breaker and associated RV plug in our garage. To avoid any sheetrock repairs it was necessary for him to drop the line to the house electric panel through a wall with foam insulation, with very limited head/body clearance for him to work. No mess left behind from the actual plug installation on another wall."

Always available, good flow of communication, sending me pics throughout the installation. Educated me on the process, materials, best practices, etc. I got bids from several roofing contractors. DAV had the best price and also gave me the best feeling overall that they would handle the job properly. They got the job done quickly, didn't tear up my landscaping, cleaned up very well afterwards. Michael even came by a couple times to sweep for any missed nails himself. I couldn't have asked for better service and I will definitely use DAV again in the future. Don't waste your time looking around...just call DAV. ."

"go forward with a new roof. Brady came back and measured the roof and drew up a proposal. He included re-roofing our shed and small playhouse/storage bldg. (formerly a dog house) as a courtesy to us.
His crew began work on July 7th and completed the job on July 8th using GAF HD (high dimensional) shingles. They installed a drip edge, which Universal City now requires, so we're up to current code. Not only do we have a solid new roof now, which should last for many years, but the curb appeal of our house has improved tremendously. His crew did a thorough job on clean up. Brady had our foundation, driveway and sidewalks power washed the day after work was complete. He followed up with us actively during and after the process to address any concerns and questions, and we felt very confident in all the work that was done.
My husband and I highly recommend he and his crew to anyone who is considering investing in a new roof. P.S.-Brady went up on the roof at least 4 times during the tear off/reshingling process to insure everything was being done correctly. We also sub-contracted seamless gutters with Brady, and they look fantastic!

They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. * Every Light fixture and ceiling fan needed to be replaced.
* Exterior Gray Paint needs touch up with matching color
* Planter Box needs to be re-concreted so stones wont fall out.
* Back Door and Lawn More closet door need to be replaced.
* Fresh coat of "Bonjour Beige" Interior paint throughout 1200 sq ft house with exception of one bedroom.
* Hall Bathroom need to be gutted of existing mirrors, sink, vanity, sheet-rock, light fixtures and faucets and replaced with new ones.
* Track down missing tiles for floor and replace them with new ones.
* Install new dishwasher that will be delivered. 
* Replace back splash behind stove.
* Replace kitchen counter-tops, sink and faucet."
