Their customer service is excellent, they kept me well informed throughout the process and were very friendly and accommodating. Pheonixs quote was fair without question, his crew had a tough job installing a generator transfer switch kit set up, I live in a house built in the late 80s, so, the electrical system is a bit older and they ran into issues but they worked non stop and persevered through the challenges, found solutions, and completed the job as promised.
