"We used William to fix our 16 foot folding patio doors and we could not be happier with the result! We had a complete patio remodel done by another contractor 4 years ago, which included installation of the large patio door. Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough.
