"I would 100% use LaValley Home Services again and I would absolutely recommend them as well. I had a “mish-mash” of a/c and electrical concerns. I felt certain I would need to employ an HVAC specialist and an electrical contractor, but to my surprise Buddy (the owner and patriarch of this company) told me they can handle both. They were very transparent as to cost and provided a detailed estimate/job proposal with product details, project details and everything was itemized clearly. They also gave me options in detail of what they felt was “necessary “ or emergent vs items/repairs that could be addressed down the road. I never once felt like I was being pressured to spend the most money or replace/repair everything all at once. We had a full a/c system replacement because our electrical bills have been so high and a/c put out was very poor. (I waited to the next summer to write this review because I wanted to see if there would be a difference.) there is such an obvious difference in efficiency, air quality and our electricity bills have reflected the great work his team has done. We also had the ducts cleaned and they installed a air filtration system that produces air quality comparable to hospitals. Buddy has followed up and checked in on us several times. We also needed 3 electrical outlets placed and it just so happens his son is the expert in electrical. His other son works alongside him as well. I love that this is a family business and the whole team is exceptional. They were reasonably priced, thorough, quick, knowledgeable, so respectful of our home. They truly treated our home as if it were theirs. I am so glad we found them and will always work with LaValley Home Services!!"
