The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Accused the customer of having an attitude because he did not hear the simple instruction of "give me a minute, while I put my dog away". This guy has the nerve to be in business to serve others... My question is HOW????? Like he was going to chastise the customer for his error... Goodbye and good ridden..... Go and get some customer service training, it will go a long way...

"After being late to the appointment saying he was 2 minutes away I was waiting for over 10 minutes then as I was getting our tools off the vehicle my helper was the one told to wait while he was putting the dogs away I nicked on the door and he replies do you not know how to listen sir if you had a bad day don’t take it out on other people you should learn how to treat other people they will treat you the way you treat them ** job was never completed cause I nestor owner of the business refused to go in his residence with the attitude that we were given hope you learn how to treat other people just because they provide a service doesn’t mean you can treat them however you want"
