At Maston Designs©, the Fence Door© is not an upgrade, but comes standard with every fence we build. Additionally, we build these, and other types of accesses, to either be obvious and ornate or inconspicuous and secret. IT'S PERSONAL: For a personalized look, we design and install customized trim to match each customer’s style. COST SAVINGS: We provide three ways for the homeowners' dollar to go further. First, we do not up-charge our materials. Customers pay the same discounted prices we pay. Second, because we do not up-charge our materials, we do not have to charge sales tax. Third, Maston Designs© can either build the fence for our customer at typical costs, or we can orchestrate a Maston Designs© Fence Party© U Crew which can lower the labor costs associated with the project. A Maston Designs© Fence Party© is like a good ol’fashioned barn raising. It's a fun, well-organized, skill building time that allows our customers to save on costs by recruiting voluntary labor (the U Crew) for basic activities associated with the project instead of paying for a full Maston Designs© crew to do specific work that most anyone can do. Similarly to helping someone move, a Fence Party© U Crew is comprised of volunteer friends, family, and neighbors. It is a community-building event with good food and fun while helping with some basic labor. OUR REASON FOR STARTING: Many fences have been built in the recent years throughout North Texas. Within a few months a large portion of them develop structural and/or aesthetic problems. A fence is an investment that is supposed to improve a home's value and security for years to come; however, an investment that prematurely deteriorates is an asset that quickly converts into a liability. Hardworking families need an alternative to spending their money on a design that doesn't last. This is why Maston Designs© was started.
