Sensor wires were not making a good connection . They put on couple of new wire connectors and said no charge. Everything has been working fine.

They were prompt in contacting me to verify the online appointment I had scheduled. They arrived when they said they would. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They were friendly.

Young woman and Tyler were very professional and did job in a timely manner.

Tyler was superb. He came on a Saturday afternoon on short notice and repaired the broken garage door spring which was preventing our door from opening. He also educated me about proper garage door maintenance while fixing the poor repair we had done on the door a couple of years ago. He was thorough, efficient and professional as well as very pleasant to work with. Finding competent, responsive garage door service in Harker Heights used to be an adventure. Wish I'd known about Select Garage Doors of Austin last time ...we wouldn't have needed them this time. We'll be in touch with them again for any future maintenance issues.
