"We thought the 4 exterior doors needed weather stripping replaced. There was a gap at each door bottom right corner where our cold air came in and our heat was escaping. Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend Mr. Ludwig."

"We had our windows installed right before the Covid19 pandemic so we were home all the time and our energy bill was still considerably less then it was last year. Customer service was exceptional. And the crew installed 9 windows in 4 hours. We are so pleased with the whole experience we are about to hire them for doors, siding and eve replacement."

"Fantastic work. Good communication throughout the project. One small hitch in installing, hit rock and couldn't set the ties in all the way. What I liked best was the fact I was contacted and provided with a solution. One that they would have done for their family, that right there spoke volumes. No doubt that my next project will start with KW Handyman and Home Repair Services."

"Joe was professional and personable. He gave a reasonable cost and did a fabulous job rescreening our lanai that our grandsons had gone through the screen door and the grand-dog pushed out 2 other screens. After Joe was finished, it looked like no damage had ever been done to the screens. I would highly recommend Scanlon's Improvement and Repair Service."

"The contractor did a very professional job!"

"They did a GREAT job installing our barn door. Will use them again."

"The door that I purchased was a little bit smaller than the old door and I was concerned it wouldnâ t fit but Manny made the necessary adjustments to make it work. Thanks Manny, the only thing that has me concerned is the storm door lock, he had to add pieces to get it to lock, eventually that piece or the storm door will have to be replaced, as Manny and I discussed before he left. Overall, itâ s completed and I no longer have to worry about it."

"Installed 3 fans and 1 light fixture Looks good and works great Will hire again"
