"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "We had SMELSCER PLUMBING install two 50 gallon water heaters in 2018, one upstairs & one downstairs @ $750 each, with a 6 YEAR WARRANTY. Within 1 YEAR the water coming from the upstairs one smelled awful - like rotten eggs. They drained it and charged us another $200. NOW the UPSTAIRS water heater HAD COST US $950. Within 3 YEARS (of a 6 YEAR WARRANTY), the upstairs water heater QUIT WORKING. They said it had to be REPLACED (UNDER WARRANTY) & said the LABOR TO INSTALL IT would be $600, meaning the upstairs water heater NOW COST $1550. Also, even though they were installing a NEW WATER HEATER, they would only honor the 3 YEAR WARRANTY left on the FAULTY WATER HEATER. WHAT SHOULD THEY HAVE DONE? They should have gone back to the company and NEGOCIATED (on behalf of their client - US) a NEW WATER HEATER with a 6 YEAR WARRANTY, and NEGOCIATED with the company to PAY THE $600 INSTALLATION FEE. They DO NOT BACK UP THEIR CLIENTS!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!"
