He is experienced, professional, extremely organized and provided a reasonable estimate of the projectâ s duration, which was met while working within our general budget and schedule. "Statewide goes above and beyond. From sales through installation, everyone was professional and made me feel like a valued customer. Patrick, from the sales team, remained involved and available long after the contract was signed. I never felt like he just passed me off to someone else. I had several projects going on. Things could have been chaotic, but Christine made sure things ran smoothly. There were no delays waiting for materials. Oscar, my project manager, was always available. If I had a concern, he'd immediately send one of his guys or come himself to address it. He always made sure my expectations were met. The installers, Taylor, Rafael, and Narvie were very professional and always timely. I would definitely use Statewide again and I highly recommend them to others."
