"From the initial consultation with Scott Brennan to the installation of the final lockset with Pete, the general process was relatively smooth. We love our new entryway door and cannot thank Pete enough for realigning our back patio door. The ease with which we can now open and close all of these doors is miles beyond the aggravation of trying to close a misaligned door. That alone made our decision to choose the Brennan company over others the right one. Many other companies would not even consider realigning a door without replacing the whole thing entirely. "Can't say enough good things about Pro1 Windows & Doors! The process was excellent from start to finish. Dan came out to provide an estimate, was straight forward (not too sales-y) and confident in his product. They were very competitively priced and after doing some research on their window product and comparing Pro1 against other quotes I received (4 total), it was a no-brainer. They under promised and over delivered in every way. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the windows, they were here in 2.5. I was told scheduling installation could take some time, I was on the schedule the following week. I was told installation would take the better half of a day, they were done in 3 hours. Installation day was seamless. They over communicated about their arrival time and were respectful towards my house and furniture, making sure that things were carefully moved away as needed and covered. The windows look excellent and I am thrilled with the update to curb appeal of my home!"
