He explained everything in detail and kept all him commitments to us. Ben had a guy that worked with my insurance company to ensure that we got everything included and paid for by the insurance. We ended up getting a new upgraded roof, new gutters, house and fence power washed, new paint, screens, one window replaced, fence stained, and a new garage door. Each an everyone that worked on our property were on time, professional, and did outstanding work. Ben made the whole process easy for us and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Roofing was easily my choice for several reasons. They were honest & upfront, articulated how the process works (bank/ insurance & mortgage process), how they will approach & complete the job & most importantly because I am a veteran, they are veteran owned, giving me peace of mind the job will be done right & professionally. My mortgage company was a bit “needy” & required a few more paperwork items than most other mortgage companies’. C.W. Roofing was prompt to provide that paperwork to satisfy my mortgage folks. Their crews are professionals & did a fantastic job not to let my property look like a construction zone for 2-3 days. My bank (USAA) after inspecting my home needed quite a bit of work. C.W. Roofing tackled it with professional quality. Beyond their roofing experience they had great outsourcing for the other work I required (screens, gutters & paint). C.W. Roofing did a good job roofing my home. The crew was careful not to damage my shrubs in the process. They were also good to keep me informed about when to expect the work to be done and of any delay because of weather. They did everything they said they would do. I am pleased to recommend them.

My roof in Aledo was denied twice for hail damage, but on the third try it was approved. CW Roofing was at the insurance appointments and stuck with me to make sure I was taken care of. I was impressed by their persistence and quality of work.They also helped me upgrade to a Class 4 roofing shingle to get a discount on my insurance. I needed a roof installed on a carport addition and called CW Roofing. Their price was fair and the job met my expectations. Chuck & Ben came out to the property to oversee things and I was pleased with that. I feel like I made a good decision in choosing them.

A couple of shingles blew off of our 6 year old roof and needed to be repaired. The original roofing company who installed the roof had gone out of business, so we called 3 other roofers. CW Roofing performed a full inspection of the roof and found a second hole we hadn't noticed, caused by a tree rubbing the roof. We chose CW Roofing for the repairs and are satisfied with the service! The repairs were completed in a few hours at a fair price. Whenever we need a roofing company in the future, we will call CW Roofing!

CW Roofing came out and roofed our house in Blue Mound 1 day. Chuck was on site throughout the day and everything went smoothly. They replaced rotted decking and some rotted wood around the edges of the roof. This is a very professional company for anyone needing a quality roofer!

Roofing was my first and only call when I needed a roof on the house I'm building in Decatur. On the day the roof was planned to be installed, the painters showed and painted the exterior of the house. This was an unplanned delay, but Chuck rescheduled the roof so the painters could finish. The delay was not their fault and I appreciated their flexibility. My roof looks great and I will recommend them to others!

After a hailstorm my brother referred me to C.W. Roofing. He was very satisfied with his previous experience and my experience was even better! The insurance company paid for the roof, then CW also got them to pay for gutters, the damage from the leaks and some roofing items that were missed. I also contracted them to replace wood siding and paint the exterior of the house. My house looks so much better now! My leaks are stopped and my exterior really looks great! The workers were very professional including being on time each day and thorough with their clean up. C.W. Roofing is now my go to for interior and exterior repairs!

We contacted C.W. Roofing & Construction when a very large tree fell on our house during a thunderstorm. The tree crushed one corner of our house, damaging the roof as well as the underlying structure of the house. We found ourselves with a situation that would require us to find a roofing contractor, a contractor to repair the structural damage and a company to remove the huge fallen tree. Fortunately we contracted C.W. Roofing, who handled the entire process for us on our behalf. They took care of everything, first they covered the corner of the roof to protect the house from more damage, they contracted to have the tree removed, repaired the structural damage, painting that was required and replacing the roof. In addition we needed to file a claim with our insurance company and show the insurance adjuster what all had been damaged. All this in addition to doing an extremely nice job on repairing and replacing the roof. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable about how to work with the insurance company and the adjuster to obtain maximum recovery on our insurance claim. Greg went with the insurance adjuster during his roof inspection and pointed out considerable amount of hail damage and other damage from a previous hail storm. As a result, we ended up getting a completely new roof. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and it looks fantastic. I have been very impressed with everyone that has worked to help complete our repairs and everyone with C.W. Roofing has been wonderful to work with always making sure to keep us informed. It was wonderful to have them schedule all the repairs and having it completed quickly and professionally taking all the pressure off us to try to find contractors to do the repairs needed. I highly recommend this company. Kudos to a very professional roofing company.

To be honest I do not know this company at all. I only met the salesperson(Greg Smith) and from day 1, I was impressed with his demeanor, professionalism, work ethics and the respect for my time and family. He text-messaged me telling me to meet at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and he was knocking on my door at 4:33pm. He did not try to sell me his product but he listened and HEARD what I wanted and made it possible. He did not waste my time with "let me tries", "let me what I can do", or "let me talk to my supervisor". He was straight forward with me and explained the whole process simply and carefully after he SPEND almost 4 hours on my roof and property assessing the damage of the storm. He was able to almost double the loss that my insurance adjuster found on my roof/property and assured me he would take care of everything. A week later, I received another check over $8,000 for the loos incur on my roof/property. Talking about going to bat for you!!! He kept good communication with me via text understanding I had other responsibilities with my job and family. One time he agreed with me too meet after 9pm after I put the kids down knowing it was very important for me not to disrupt the kid's nighttime schedule. On the days(4) of the installation of the metal roof, I saw Mr. Smith in my property on three different days helping the roofers carrying boxes to the roof, cleaning empty boxes out of my backyard and inside the pool helping the roofers getting the tarp off my pool with carefulness not to spill the debris inside the pool. Talking about going the extra mile for the customer!!! Like I said, I do not know CW Roofing Company. But if Mr. Greg Smith is the front face of this company and the owner gives him so much trust for this young man to be the face of his company and to allow him to make financial decisions on behalf of his company. I personally and professionally would agreed to do business not only once but every time my roof or my house needs replacement or repair without any hesitation. If Mr. Greg Smith is the epitome of a salesperson, teammate or workmate, I can assume C. W. Roofing is the epitome of a repair and roofing company. I had three different roofing companies bid on my roof. I chose C.W. because I was very impressed with Greg, first of all. He knew what he was talking about, answered all my questions, did a through inspection of my roof (finding additional damages, not found by the insurance adjuster), promptly returned any phone calls, and promised a quality job. And they delivered! Not only did they do a great job on the roof, they took extreme measures to make sure nothing was damaged in the process (plants or items in the yard, etc.) I love my roof, and have received unbidden compliments on it. I highly recommend them!
