Randy was very nice. He cleared out debris from chimney and fireplace. And then cleaned up area around the area. We started a fire in wood stove the nite after service and worked like it did when new.

This company serviced my fireplace last year and did a great job, HOWEVER - when scheduling service this year they canceled the morning of the appointment and will not return my calls to reschedule. You will only get a voicemail recording when you call and no response via voice or web.
