Ron completely overhauled the unit, helped us select the fire glass from his large selection & it is beautiful. We are extremely happy. Ron made sure to cover everything as he worked & left the house spotless. We would hire him again & highly recommend him.

Our gas fireplace wouldn't light, so we called to schedule an appointment. Ron was already in the area at another job, so he said he could come over after he completed the other job. He arrived about an hour later. He diagnosed the issue – a faulty wall switch – which he replaced. When he was done, he cleaned all of the glass on our three-sided fireplace. The fireplace looks better than it has in years!

They were diagnosed and cleaned quickly. It has been working perfectly since. I called to have it looked at, and he was quick to respond, and was at my house within one hour.

Ron called prior to showing up to confirm I was available and provided his arrival time. He introduced himself and we reviewed what I was looking for and he went right to work. He had all his equipment and pads to keep the house clean. After completion, Ron reviewed everything with me and my option with regard to the outdoor BBQ (fixing vs replacing) and offered to provide a quote for a new BBQ installation unit. Ron provided an invoice and uses Square to complete the payment which means you get an email/text with link to receipt for your records. Ron was very professional, patient and ensured I understood everything.
