He stamped and stained our patio on an unusually hot day (103 degrees), which led to bubbling and discoloration—something any industry professional would avoid. Despite multiple attempts to fix the damage, the repairs were never completed properly. To make matters worse, Dereck transferred us to another contractor, charging an excessive amount, yet the patio is still blistering and looks awful. Dereck was cocky and unpleasant throughout the process, and the quality of workmanship was severely lacking. We highly recommend Not using this company."
