They stained our older deck wood to match the new and it is beautiful. They also stained part of our garden house and extra boards for us to fashion a gate for the deck. "Gleam Team came out to pressure wash my house, clean my windows and screens, and pressure wash my drive and walkway. Although they did an adequate job, there were also complications. One of the workers stood on top of my AC unit (instead of his ladder) and his weight caused him to go right through the top and break the fan blade. I was reimbursed by Gleam Team for over $1,300 in damages to my AC system. However, I found out later on that some of my screens that were run through their cleaning machine had holes shredded through them, which I did not realize at the time. I will now have to take the time to go and get them re-screened so I can open the windows when the weather gets cooler. In summary, I like a job done without a lot of complications. I've got enough problems to deal with as is."

"I hired Eric Knight in October of 2024 to remove an old flagstone patio and replace it with a new deck. Work commenced November 4 with the demolition of the flagstone. To this day (January 17) the flagstone still sits in my backyard after many promises he would haul it off. I had already paid him to do so. The deck was done to my satisfaction although Eric farmed out the job to sub contractors. We agreed to have an underground drain for the downspouts to empty into my backyard. I wasn?t happy with the design he came up with, with huge PVC pipe above ground, which is quite an eyesore, not to mention it leaks on the deck, and the water doesn?t drain into the yard. He said the leaking was normal, and he would design something to cover it. I?m very disappointed with Industrial Lawn,LLC. Eric Knight can?t be trusted to complete a job, and he lies about when he will show up, So, if anyone is thinking about hiring him, heed my warning. The guy is a snake. "
