"Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone from FSS showed up when they said they would, were very knowledgeable, and communicated everything very carefully and honestly. There was no discrepancy between what the estimator (Ryan) promised and what the leveling crew (David, Christian, and Blake) said they could do (and what they did) to re-level my concrete pad. I’m very happy with the results and the entire experience. After dealing with other companies and various contractors for many years, this was a refreshing experience! Highly recommend!"

"My foundation work involved both outside and inside piers. Inside there were jackhammers, lifting with bottle jacks, welding, and concrete work. The mess was kept to a minimum. Accurate used steel piers to reach bedrock. Concrete piers would not, a real selling feature. Just finished a few days ago, but overall the house is much better."

"We had G.L. Hunt come out to assess our pier and beam foundation after noticing a crack in the garage. They were the second company to come out and the second company to say that the foundation had not failed. There was however a lack of drainage around the foundation. It is an older home (1950's) and did not have any drainage around the foundation and no gutters. The house sits on a street that slopes. We scheduled G.L. Hunt to install drainage to help move water away from the foundation and have gutters installed. The work crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and worked diligently over 2 days to install a french drainage system. Gutters were installed the following week and connected to the system. The workers were neat and used the soil displaced by the drains to level an area in the backyard."

"It was great from start to finish. Chad came to our house to evaluate the problem and give us an estimate. He was very nice, courteous professional and knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate to repair our foundation. Surprisingly, it was not as much money as we had thought. He did a very thorough evaluation explained everything in detail. Great job, Chad!
After a couple of weeks Juan and the crew came out to our home to do the work. Again, the work was excellent. They did exactly what we wanted done and we're very happy with the work that was performed. Juan was also very nice and knowledgable and professional. You could tell he has done this many times. He was there to let us know how the job was going and also to answer all of our many questions. After the work was completed and they cleaned up our yard and it looked great! In my case, our house continued to settle after they had done some work, and they are out to followup and to determine what additional leveling needs to be done to get the foundation level.
