I did not appreciate that they were smoking in the main office. Those who smoke have a better experience with them.I think you should not smoke at the front counter.I'm not a smoker, and did not appreciate it, I had not had an pleasant experience. Grossly unprofessional. Rest of business is reasonable, but their professionalism needs work.
