"I received the referral from Fergusons near FM 2920.  Followed that up with reviews from Angies List.  Granite countertops/vanities were being installed on a specific date (which got moved up) and I needed a plumber to install sinks, faucets and replace valves on at least one of the vanities so that we had one working bathroom. They also installed two new toilets.   Click's was unable to put me on the schedule, but they referred me to a couple of other plumbers.  I called and used Fred with Payless Plumbing.  They did an excellent job.  They were very professional in that they provided me with a pre-printed rate sheet of exactly how much each item would cost to install (parts and labor, separate).  Thank you to Clicks for the referral.  I called several plumbers before Clicks and half did not even call me back.

Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house.
