"David arrived on time and began the repair promptly. He took great care to protect the wood flooring in my living room where the patch was needed. David was very thorough and meticulous in his work. The repair is so expertly done that it is almost impossible to tell where the patch ends and the rest of the dry wall begins. I will definitely use Salgado Quality Drywall if needed in the future."

"Great, Alex is super professional guy, he also came by the house to make sure there were no problems. He got onto the roof after it was done and checked to make sure it was installed correctly. He check the front and backyard with a magnetic to make sure all the nails were picked up from the yard. He did a great job."

"I found Solid Stone Manufacturing to be among the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They advised me of the risk of removing the quartz kitchen island counter top that was installed by others, and helped me with the decisions on the other installed counter tops. They were extremely helpful with the selection of the new counter tops, and provided the pros and cons associated with each type, and understood the balance of price and preferences. Their installation team was quick, clean and courteous. The installation work was executed flawlessly, so I couldn't be happier with the product and installation. I happily recommend Solid Stone Manufacturing to everyone?"

"It went great! Builder Square was professional and knowledgeable about the job. We discussed the plan and it was done very nicely and timely. I waited a while to start this project worrying about how it would go, but I am happily enjoying the finish product every day thanks to good service."

"I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. I saw JR Plumbing had an A rating on Angies so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. He was professional, polite and very reasonably priced. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely give JR Plumbing a call again."

"Rob and his crew installed a root barrier to protect the back of our house from foundation problems from a large oak tree.  They also added catch basins to existing drainage pipes as well as replacing some piping where needed.  Rob spent a generous amount of time taking a good look at our property, assessing what would work best and answering all of my questions. I was very pleased with the work done and with the people he has on his crew.

"They were very professional and friendly, showed up on time, installed my new hot water heater right, went the extra mile to make the installation look extra professional, and stayed within the quoted price. 5 months later, the installation is still perfect."

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Install the sink between 30 inches and 34 inches away from the floor. However, this height could be adjusted accordingly for particularly tall or short residents. To accommodate wheelchair users, the vanity should leave a space underneath that is at least 29 inches tall, 30 inches wide, and 25 inches deep.

Yes, you can fit a vanity unit to an existing sink, especially if you plan to custom-build the vanity. With a prefabricated vanity, you’ll likely need to make a few adjustments. It depends on the type of sink, the size of the sink, and the existing plumbing. If you plan to retrofit a sink into a prefabricated vanity, make sure you take precise measurements and that your sink is compatible with the vanity you select. Prefabricated units have a precut sink hole, so you’ll need the size to match your sink.

You can choose a few different options for outdoor kitchen sink drainage. You can install a dry well about 10 feet away from your home or patio or install a French drain closer by. You can also drain into your home’s plumbing system, but it is more costly versus using a dry well.

In many ways they are the same thing, which is a large sink that has a tall front section, often called an apron. This is because the depth of the sink prevents splashing against you, serving the same purpose as an apron. While all farmhouse sinks are apron sinks, not all apron sinks are farmhouse sinks.

When installing an undermount kitchen sink in a granite countertop, use 100% silicone to secure the basin. If you’re worried your sink is too heavy, speak with a countertop professional about how to adhere the sink to the countertop without worrying about issues down the road. Sagging undermount sinks can be a common plumbing problem if they’re not properly adhered, so always make sure you’re using a high-quality material.
