"I received the referral from Fergusons near FM 2920.  Followed that up with reviews from Angies List.  Granite countertops/vanities were being installed on a specific date (which got moved up) and I needed a plumber to install sinks, faucets and replace valves on at least one of the vanities so that we had one working bathroom. They also installed two new toilets.   Click's was unable to put me on the schedule, but they referred me to a couple of other plumbers.  I called and used Fred with Payless Plumbing.  They did an excellent job.  They were very professional in that they provided me with a pre-printed rate sheet of exactly how much each item would cost to install (parts and labor, separate).  Thank you to Clicks for the referral.  I called several plumbers before Clicks and half did not even call me back.

"Service was excellent. I was happy that they were able to arrive earlier than they originally estimated. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. My drains were completely blocked the first time I called, and they needed to snake the lines. A week later there was another blockage, but by the time they arrived it had cleared by itself. They checked the drains and added a strong acid to the clean-out pipe as an added precaution to dissolve anything that might cause another blockage. I wasn’t charged for the second service call, but I was advised that if it should clog again in the near future, they recommend sending a camera through the pipes to visualize the problem. I’m pleased with my experience with The Plumber and will recommend them to others."

"My kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Called up Genesis Plumbing Repair and they were clear on pricing and time they could show up. Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! It's very nice to have that service so close, here in Porter. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future!"

"Great! I selected Kelly's A/C based on the numerous other good reviews on Angie's List... expectations were already high, and Kelly's A/C meet/exceeded expectations. After learning that we would need to replace the whole unit, we got a quote from another company on Angie's list with A ratings as well... Kelly's quote came in much lower, and came with a 2 year labor warranty (vs other company only offered 1 year labor). Kelly was also willing to pass through Trane's current promotional rebate program... which took another few hundred dollars off our bill. Kelly's team was professional and efficient (both on the phone and in person), and had the unit replaced in a single morning... so far, quality of installation seems very good. Great experience, and I will definitely go to Kelly's first for any future needs."

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
