Then I passed Carpet Connection on FM1960, stopped in, and met Darryl Wisenbaker. Darryl took a lot of time showing me everything and I decided on Luxury Vinyl Plank-Karndean-Santina Cherry. He sent me home with 4 good size samples to choose from. We picked out the color and Darryl scheduled the installers. They were very hard working, very knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. "The provider was very friendly; knew a lot about chemicals to use etc. but my carpet was very dirty in the high traffic areas and he did his best to get it cleaned but for $584.00 I did expect a miracle as no furniture had to be moved and although they stretched two areas I still thought at the end I paid too much (and was told so by others). If you have a house full of furniture and things have to be moved when cleaning it might have been worth it. When I called hime back to tell him it still looked terrible, he did come back and used a peroxide mixture on the high traffic areas to get it looking passable. I have had better results with steaming company but.... overall I will give them a 5 for customer service."
