"We did not clean her house, but she asked us to only clean stains on a tub and shower that had been there for years. I have pics to prove how much we improved it but considering the age of the stains, it would have taken much longer than we agreed upon and would involve soaking and coming back in the future. I made an exception and gave her a price below my minimum to help her out."
