"We were referred to Carpet Connection in July of 2019, after we flooded in May and had to rebuild our whole downstairs. We had removed old tile from downstairs, but we were unable to remove everything. We needed the floors to be floated, and we needed to pick out new floors. Steve was very helpful when we met him. He recommended luxury vinyl planks. He gave us a great quote, and they were installed a few weeks later. The guys that came out for the installation did a dynamite job. They were done in two days, and even helped us move some heavy furniture out of their way. On September 19, 2019 we flooded again. This time we took in 20 inches of water. The water was in the house for about 6 hours. When the water receded, we could tell our floor had held up to being submerged under water for several hours. Steve told us this was the best floor to get, and after this, we definitely agree. We recommend Carpet Connection, and luxury vinyl planks. Luxury vinyl planks are worth the investment. :)"

"I initial contacted Jose to see if he could install a drywall for my ceiling. Jose came out the same day and looked at the damage to the ceiling. When I explained all what I wanted to have done he said that he could do everything I needed to be done.
