"I was new to renting my house out and frustrated with trying to rent it out myself. I spoke with my realtor who suggested using a Mars to manage my house for me. The amount of stress it took away from me and the daily/monthly worry was amazing. I didn't have to worry about the kind of renters I was getting, they did all the vetting for me. Their team was incredibly professional, always very courteous and their response time was extremely fast whenever I had questions or requests. I was also really happy with their assistance in fixing (gutters, light fixtures, paint, etc) and maintaining my rental home in general. They have access to a lot of different vendors and have great rates that were really helpful when I needed maintenance/repair work on things like my attached carport. Their reports were always timely and everything ran very smoothly. They also picked some really great renters for my house. I would love to keep using them to manage my house, except that I'm now selling it but I definitely, highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great Property Management company. If I buy another house to rent out, I will be using Mars Hill again, for sure."

Yes, hiring a real estate agent is worth it. With an average national home value of around $440,000, the typical commission per agent is $13,200. However, you won’t pay this total out of pocket.
