I was looking to find out more about property management. They took my info down and never called back. It's been 2 or 3 months since I called.

I was new to renting my house out and frustrated with trying to rent it out myself. I spoke with my realtor who suggested using a Mars to manage my house for me. The amount of stress it took away from me and the daily/monthly worry was amazing. I didn't have to worry about the kind of renters I was getting, they did all the vetting for me. Their team was incredibly professional, always very courteous and their response time was extremely fast whenever I had questions or requests. I was also really happy with their assistance in fixing (gutters, light fixtures, paint, etc) and maintaining my rental home in general. They have access to a lot of different vendors and have great rates that were really helpful when I needed maintenance/repair work on things like my attached carport. Their reports were always timely and everything ran very smoothly. They also picked some really great renters for my house. I would love to keep using them to manage my house, except that I'm now selling it but I definitely, highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great Property Management company. If I buy another house to rent out, I will be using Mars Hill again, for sure.

Mars Hill (Valerie and Lori in particular) were awesome. They understood my time crunch and were incredibly responsive. They reviewed the contract with me, explained everything that needed to be done to prepare the house to rent, had professional photos taken, did a market analysis to determine the correct rental amount, listed my house, did thourough background checks on applicants all while answering my MANY questions! I've only been gone a little over a month but so far it's been smooth sailing and I've been very happy. An additional perk is their "owner portal". I highly recommend Mars Hill.

It is an active property Mars Hill is managing now. Valerie Thedford (VP of Operations) and her team have done an excellent job working with us and the family currently renting the property.

They do everything - determining market value, advertising, screening tenants, writing and terminating leases, inspections, maintenance, etc.- all in a very professional way. What really impressed us in their open communication with the tenants.
