If you want somebody with a giant ego who will personally insult you, call you a retard, won't even consider any evidence you have related to the property in question, then use this guy. When asked to consider the evidence, Ed said, "Obviously I know more than you." When I complained about throwing away $850 on his appraisal due to his refusal to even consider the evidence we had, he said, "Yes you did but not to me retard." Ed Aiken is just a terrible person. "
