If you need to find a house these are the guys to go to. They made the process so easy and had me in a place in the timeline they said they would. If you want honest, reliable, and professional realtors, then Rising Star realtors should be your first call. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I will try to be as brief as possible. If you are doing business with Rising Star Realty, you may want to seriously re-think your plan. Robyn Mosner was the realtor who was helping us with a home rental. At first she was very nice. But in the process of securing a rental, we collected some dust samples to test for mold and decided against the home based on our findings of heavy mold. We all mutually agreed to cancel our lease and then she decided to take (aka steal), without telling us, $500 out of our deposit to re-test that house for mold with her own mold company. Likely this was done to protect herself from liability from the next client. From our observation, this woman became very mean and vindictive. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (but they are not accredited by the BBB).

We moved here from out of state and had no idea who to contact. We came across Robyn and couldn't have been happier with our decision. She was very responsive and helpful, not to mention very resourceful even after closing. As we didn't know who to call for certain services, she was and still is very helpful! I couldn't recommend a better realtor than Robyn! She will make sure you get the best deal... and then keep trying lol. Thank you so much for everything Robyn!

Robyn at Rising Star Reality did an amazing job for us. She not only walked us step by step through preparing our house for sale. She helped by recommending companies she has worked with to provide some of the prep work. She also was very involved in making sure those companies provided work to meet a high standard. Rising Star even participated in prep work going the extra mile to make sure our house ready. Once we made our home available it sold in less than a week. Robyn was also active at the same time with the purchase and building of our new home. Once again being there step by step on the new home. She even went to meetings and walk throughs with us to make sure all our questions got answered including one we didn't know to ask. Now that we have completed the sell and purchase of our homes Robyn has continued to answer our multiple questions and help getting answers for us. She repeated told us her service doesn't end at the sell and/or purchase. She even says she will be there to remind us to file for home stead exemption next year and help if we need to fight county appraisals. If you need a professional realtor with high energy that will always work for your best interests and be there when needed I would strongly recommended Robyn and Rising Star Reality.

We were very skeptical upon looking at homes as the house we were in prior to working with Jim and Robyn had bad bones. They were very patient with us as we were very slow in finally making an offer after about a year of looking. They never got upset and were very understanding of our feelings of hesitation. At the end we were very happy with the Mosners as our realtors and have continued to rely on their experience through other real estate questions. We have been in our house for many years and seek there expertise as we make improvements,etc. I would recommend them if you are looking for a dedicated and patient team to work with through your transactions.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Robyn Mosner is awesome at what she does she came in and she told us the things that we should do to get our house sold then she had people that she knew for different trades to help us get things taken care of and she had professional pictures taken of our home and had a decorator come in and help us stage our house. It was just such a great experience and then when she put our house on the market it went for full price cash the same day. When we were purchasing our new home she negotiated a great deal for us we got a lot of extra incentives into our new build that we would not have gotten on our own because we didn't know to ask. If you want a good realtor and you want somebody that has your interest at heart then hire Robyn Mosner.
