Will sold our house before it ever went on the market and we got exactly what we were asking for. He was also very patient helping us look at new houses and made sure we are always comfortable and not rushed. When we decided on an inventory home, he was there through the whole process including the walk through and closing. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the help that he gave us. We've already referred him to several people who are also having a great experience.

Our agent, Will Mackintosh, was absolutely phenomenal! He knows how to get things done, and was on top of his game from sending listings as soon as they became available to negotiating with the seller and their agent. I don't think we would have been able to get through many of the obstacles that Will was able to overcome for us. It was amazing working with Will! He has been really helpful to us from the beginning(looking for the best houses we like) to closing. He made communication easy for us. He's always made himself available to us through email, text, and call. When we met him in person to look for houses, we liked him instantly. He has a very happy personality. He answered all our questions and showed us the houses that fit best to our liking. He offered wonderful suggestion and provided professional and honest opinions. Without doing my due diligence, I decided to list with a self-proclaimed local ?expert?. That decision cost me four months of missed opportunity and produced zero offers. I had just about given ... up on trying to sell my home and planned on trying again next year when I found Will Mackintosh on Zillow. To be honest, it was a last ditch effort but I figured I?d come this far and might as well give it a try. I?m glad I did. From start to finish Will made sure that I understood each step in the process, and when he came out he had an exact strategy and timeline to sell my home. Within 2 weeks my home was under contract and shortly thereafter it sold. In the meantime, Will found me the perfect home to move into. I could not say more about Will Mackintosh. He is truly results driven and really do care about his clients. 

Impressed is all I can really say about Will. He sold our home in South Austin and helped us find a new one. We had previously been on the market for over 2 months with another agent who wouldn't return our calls or get back to agents on our home. Will stepped in and really made things happen. Our showing traffic increased substantially and I was amazed that we had an offer in days. What went wrong with our first agent, I haven't a clue. I'm just glad I was referred to Will.
