According to the appraisal, a senior appraiser reviewed the work, so both were innaccurate. I now have to pay the lender for appraiser fees - for someone who I am asking the state real estate commission to remove a license from. DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER! We met with Jan Lowe in May 2015 to list and sell our home. Assist 2 Sell charges a flat rate (based on the sales price of the home). This was around 40% of what a traditional agent would charge for a seller's fee. I was worried what I might be giving up by using a lower-priced service....
Tim's service is absolutely first-rate, and the charge is modest for our area.. He is almost always on site while the work is done. My wife and I are real estate agents, and we recommend Tim to all our clients. They are as pleased with his service as we are.
