She reached out to the selling agent and was able to get us into the house to view, pre-market. She took us back time and time again that week, as we made our informed decision. We brought in contractor after contractor, literally spending countless hours there, to see if we could add the addition that we wanted. Thankfully we could and went forward with the sale. The purchase of our new home went off without a hitch -- thanks to Katie. And, the sale of our old house was so quick and easy, it is surreal that it even happened. Again, it was pre-market at an above-market price -- and again, Katie acted in our best interest, not hers. Potential buyers and sellers, I can not recommend Katie and her team highly enough. She really has set the bar at a whole new level for residential real estate in this market. We will gladly work with her again.

When we interviewed Katie, we were impressed with her command of the area market.  Her fee was standard & competitive. Throughout the subsequent process, her actions and communications were timely; she never left us hanging as to the status of either.

She was prompt with the initial proposal and pricing evaluation; they were comprehensive.  Then we did a walk-through with a staging consultant with an obviously attuned eye for design.  Katie followed up with an exhaustive set of notes which we then thoroughly implemented.  The photos & 360-degree video of the staged property were stunning, absolute eye-candy! 

Katie held our opening on the planned-for date, and followed it with a series of Sunday open houses, along with periodic individual visits on other days.  Without fail, Katie got back to us within two days--usually the next day--about would-be buyers' responses. 

Within six weeks, we received an offer for our asking price.  Katie accompanied the buyers' appraiser during his visit.  That his appraisal came in at her price testified to her own pricing skill.  She attended our closing.
