"We had a disappointing experience with Phil's Fine Furniture and Cabinetry (PFFC). We hired them to design and install garage cabinets, paying a $2,175 deposit on 11/2/2024. After the deposit, PFFC was to provide drawings for review and final signoff before production started. Despite follow-ups, no drawings were delivered. Shallon Beckman, the manager, promised drawings multiple times but failed to deliver. We canceled on 11/26/2024 and were assured a refund within weeks. Despite reminders, no refund has been issued. As of this review, PFFC has been ghosting us and has not refunded our money. We will now pursue legal action. Previously, we hired PFFC for an in-wall unit and barn doors. Both were poorly crafted, requiring multiple corrections. Issues included a burnt electrical outlet, misdrilled handle holes, wrong materials, and poor staining. For barn doors, they left gaps, used uneven painting, and required us to buy missing hardware. "

"Zack was incredible. He made my ceiling look night and day from what it was! My skylight leaked into my master bathroom. I had the skylight removed and tried to patch the hole myself. Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. Also, incredible pricing!! Thank you, Zack!"
