First, I will never have my carpets dry cleaned again! It was nice that they dried quickly? Yes, but they were not cleaned to my standard. They were not up front with costs when I called. They quoted me $100. The final price ended up being $250!!!!! They don't tell you what was NOT included in the quote!

"I am sorry that you had problem with your contractor. unfortunately you are reviewing the WRONG BUSINESS. first of all we do not offer dry cleaning for our residential customers and it is not recommended by carpet manufactures, Research indicates that the hot water extraction system provides the best capability for cleaning. Second we are the only company to post our prices on our website. Bait-and-switch not only is illegal it is also unethical. Thank you"

I can honestly say I have NEVER had better home service of any kind than Dry Master Carpet Care. Several weeks ago, to my horror, a grocery delivery man left tarry footprints across my living/dining room area carpet. When finally assured of compensation,I researched area carpet cleaner websites, and was drawn to Dry Master for outstanding ratings, a nearby location, some 30 years in a family business, a senior discount and the fact that they specify stain removal and environmentally safe products. This last was very important due to my daughters respiratory illness. Owner Marty - a fine gentleman - was most conscientious of her issues and assured us he would only use safe products and still get the job done to our satisfaction. Marty and his son were here 2.5 hours and did an amazing job. The people in this company are a pleasure to work with and well deserving of outstanding ratings.

Came out the same day we called. Marty took the time to explain what was being dome before anything was done, and his work was spot on. He seemed to be as concerned about our house as we were, which was greatly appreciated.
Would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar circumstance.

Dry Master Carpet Care did a really good jod of relaxing me and reassuring me that the work will be done well and in a timely matter. Marty(the owner) I found out later was hands on from the start. He made sure each stage of the job was done properly. Marty is the best! I would recommend him to anyone. You do not find quality like that anymore. Great job.

The remediation procces takes several days until you a sure that you don't have any more humidity in the area. After that everything goes smootly.

We were very impressed with the service. Marty arrived a few minutes before the appointed time (2:00 pm). He quickly set up his tools and equipment and then moved the furniture into the next room. I pointed out some spots where our dog had lost control of herself...Marty said "No problem, we will get those out." Which he did! I was very pleased with the results. We had a grayish heavy traffic area in the center of the rug which is now gone, and all the urine spots have disappeared. The light blue carpet has returned to its former beauty!. We also had Marty clean some terra cotta tile that had not been cleaned in years. What a difference! The tile has returned to its deep red color and the grout lines are clean and sharp! We are very pleased!

This was a small job. The closet/utility room was odd shaped. However, Marty tackled it like it was a major job.

It went excellent. All work is done by "Marty" himself who is clearly very experienced at cleaning. The carpet was in terrible shape before he came, with deep coffee and rust stains. Additionally the whole carpet was old and heavily used. He came in, and in one day made the carpet look almost like new. The stains that I assumed were impossible to remove were gone and the whole carpet was looked great with an even color. Afterwards he left fans to dry the carpets and promptly removed them when done. Short of replacing the carpet (at 5x the cost) I could not have done anything better.
I recommend him to anyone, and I will be using him at my house next.

They came and were cautious with our furniture. We have some high end furniture so they explained that some furniture we have to move. Some we have to cover. Then they really took a very good time with cleaning the carpet with their GREEN chemicals. So that was even fine for my wife who is pregnant, because it did not affect her with toxic fumes. The fumes are green and non-toxic!

It went very well. The workers were very skilled and had good attention to detail for the job. They finished well earlier than they originally estimated. The tile work looks great and held up very well through the earthquake---our house shook quite a bit, but there are absolutely no cracks in the grout. Marty supervised the entire job from start to finish. He is very hands on and a bit of a perfectionist, which is a good thing. I asked him about if I could save some money by installing the tiles directly on top of the existing laminate, and he told me that it was possible but that he would not do it because it was not the best way to install tiles. A quick check of the internet (see the John Bridge site for tile installation) led me to the same conclusion. He met us at the tile shop and was there for the selection of the tiles, grout, transition pieces, etc. The only thing that I would have changed is that I would have asked the workers to cut the tiles and mix the thinset and grout out in the yard instead of in the garage, because it generated a lot of dust in there and the weather was not rainy. Marty has several good examples of his work and references that he can provide you. I highly recommend you get a quote from him and take it from there. He will do good honest work at a good price, and he has tons of experience.

It went very well. The installers were professionals, very experienced and had good attention to detail. Marty supervised every step and showed me what they were doing as the job progressed. He laid the protectant solution on the carpets himself after they were installed. I would definitely use Marty again. His work ranks up there with the best. I recommend that you at least get a quote from him so that you can meet him and see for yourself.

Very well. Marty was very professional. I believe that it was about 1250 sq ft of carpet, and other companies gave me a lower estimate, but Marty assured me that his systems and work were superior and that he would be able to get out stains that others could not. After he finished, I believe him. I don't know how to describe his system, but it not the typical steamer that Sears brings to your house. He took seven hours to do the job because he would not quit until he got out a particularly tough stain from my daughter's makeup. I didn't think it would come out, but when he finished, you could never tell that a stain was there. I would use him again in a heartbeat. You will find guys who will clean carpets for less money so that you can get a receipt to show your landlord, but for carpets in a house that you own or care about, I would definitely use Dry Master.

With six children the our carpet was definitely looking worn. I was thinking about replacing it but Marty said he wanted to try to clean it. If I wasn't satisfied I wouldn't pay. So I had him perform the cleaning and WOW my carpet looked like new. He was very professional and cheerful. Thank you Marty!
