We had a disappointing experience with Phil's Fine Furniture and Cabinetry (PFFC). We hired them to design and install garage cabinets, paying a $2,175 deposit on 11/2/2024. After the deposit, PFFC was to provide drawings for review and final signoff before production started. Despite follow-ups, no drawings were delivered. Shallon Beckman, the manager, promised drawings multiple times but failed to deliver. We canceled on 11/26/2024 and were assured a refund within weeks. Despite reminders, no refund has been issued. As of this review, PFFC has been ghosting us and has not refunded our money. We will now pursue legal action. Previously, we hired PFFC for an in-wall unit and barn doors. Both were poorly crafted, requiring multiple corrections. Issues included a burnt electrical outlet, misdrilled handle holes, wrong materials, and poor staining. For barn doors, they left gaps, used uneven painting, and required us to buy missing hardware.

Phil and his team did amazing work on some bathroom cabinets and a vanity for me. I’ve already used him again as he rebuilt some kitchen cabinets that were water damaged when a drain pipe cracked.

I contacted Phil and he came and gave me a quote and was willing to do the job to build in office filing for my home office. That was late summer. I gave him a down payment with the understanding the work would be done by November 3rd. It's now December and I've called and had NO response from him. I don't recommend Phil for medium or small projects, he is not honoring our contract and is not responding to my messages. While he is a personable man and obviously does good work, he is AWFUL to work with. DO NOT Give a down payment or contract with Phil.

Phil and his crew did a super job designing and building our custom kitchen, bath, and linen cabinets. He is always respectful and works with his customers on design changes with ease. The cabinets are solid and high quality and we are so happy with them. We highly recommend this company and will always use them in the future for our cabinetry needs.

Very courteous, understood my problem from our phone call. Hw arrived on an Saturday morning with replacement parts and fixed my broken cabinet slides . I used him again. I wished he could fix the other problems I'm having. Phil is fantastic.

Phil did an outstanding job. The work we required was done quickly and perfectly. I didn't think it would be possible to get someone in time to accomplish our project, which was a last minute addition to a remodeling project and required sequencing to keep the larger project in track. Phil came through for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
