Exterior Trim - Repair
Initially they did a good job repairing damage from a rodent on my roof/trim, but the paint job was horrible. There was paint splattered on my gutters which were much darker than my trim color, and 100% unprofessional!! They did repair on my lkitchen & living room ceiling, but the paint job didn?t match at all. They tried making it match, but that made things only worse. I?m having to repair the paint job myself!! DO NOT hire this team to do work on your home. You will regret it!!!

"We offered a full refund twice to this customer. Both times she refused the refund. We?ve tried to make this right twice but unfortunately, the only thing that seems to satisfy this customer is to write poor reviews on multiple lead aggregators besides Angi. My wife wrote her letter telling her the situation with the employee with a full refund. The employee that did the work is no longer with the company. Some people you just can?t make happy even after you?ve extended the olive branch."
