"David with New Growth Landscaping is an outstanding tree trimmer and tree removal expert. He quickly responded to our request on Angieâ s List and answered any questions we had. We had him remove a 40 year old Mulberry tree in the backyard and trim our Oak tree in the front yard. He stayed in touch with us during the entire project, always providing updates. We also had him remove the Mulberry stump. He thoroughly cleaned both the front yard and the backyard. It was pristine! We have been looking for awhile for someone to take care of our trees and David totally fits the bill! We will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Lead removal services typically cost between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the extent of lead presence, the property size, and the complexity of the abatement process.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .

You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.
