"Steve arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He first installed the recirculating pump on my water heater and set the timer so I now have hot water during our peak periods for mornings and eves. (We have a water well and so tankless heaters are not an option. - Thank goodness for the pumps!) He also provided some advice on our tank settings and helped remove some deposits from the sink faucet which addressed the pressure issue.
