This is a note I sent to the wonderful tech that maintains our pool: Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that since you guys took over the service of our pool, it looks so beautiful and clean all the time! Thank you so much for taking care of it and making sure it?s lovely and that the levels are safe to swim.Just wanted you to know how much we appreciate your hard work!! Also, a note for potential customers: we have an old sand filter that makes the weekly maintenance a little more labor intensive? they take the time to do what is necessary to help maintain what we have at the moment, until we can afford a new filter or to change the sand. They also leave a note at the end of every visit, letting us know exactly what was done- it also includes a note *we closed the gate* since we have dogs? it?s there reminder to close the gate and they take that seriously. If you need maintenance, repairs or installs, please give Two Step Pools a chance to quote you!! They are awesome!
