"It went well. I had some interior paint and drywall damage I needed taken care of. Anthony was very professional in the recommendation he provided and response times. His crew were very good too, there were three different guys that worked on my drywall and interior paint issue. I think untrained eyes would have to look pretty close to tell a new paint job was done, otherwise it looks original to the house. After the paint dried, I was a little unsatisfied with the texture of one of the painted corners, but Anthony sent out one of his guys after my feedback and it was sanded, filled smoothly, painted, and heated-to-dry. They were also very solution-minded. I had moisture damage behind my drywall and they replaced my non-faced insulation with faced insulation, which is what’s needed to counteract moisture / humidity issues from building up. Their work is high quality, I will hire them again for future painting needs."

Hugo and his team were always punctual, kept their work area clean, and completed the work professionally and with minimal inconveniences for myself and my neighbors. "M&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job."

Efrain came to evaluate and we agreed on the extent of the job which included repair of several walls applying a mesh with base coat, texture, primer paint and finally have the full house repainted. This included soffit, gutters and down spouts. Efrain even provided cleaning all the windows and power wash the driveway. I have to admit it was a nice surprise.
