Mr burr took his time to educate me about stucco and the quality of it on my home. He is very knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. I will be hiring him when I need my house painted in the future!

We had a very good experience with Burr Metro Construction and would hire them again. Our job was originally estimated in April 2017 but we were not ready to start until October 2017. After some perhaps understandable delays in re-establishing contact after Harvey, a start date within a few days was offered to us. The project began on the scheduled date and time and after that point there were workers on site every day but Sunday until the project was finished. Our site was maintained in a neat condition, with all tools and materials stored in our back yard at the end of each day. The quality of the work was excellent and our house now looks great. Most of the cost for the project was for the stucco and that cost was very close to the other bids I received, (in one case, within 4%) . I did not competitively bid the painting of the trim but that part of the cost seemed reasonable. For this reason, I only gave a 4.5 on value for money. I chose Burr Metro because they seemed to immediately grasp the root cause of the leaks (failing sealants around the banding rather than sealants around the windows themselves) and because they were ready to do the trim work as well as the stucco. Description of work: Our job consisted of two parts: 1. Stucco repairs to address leaks around 2 windows, replacing sealants around all windows , banding around windows, and doors, as needed, and repainting the entire stucco surface of a two story house that included a third floor dormer. 2. Replacing any rotten wood trim and repainting all trim on the house 3. Painting five doors and refinishing two doors.

Jack is a nice guy, but he is also a salesman. And he sold me on their experience. But the quality of work and overall experience made me wonder how many pergolas they had really built. So I checked the HA reviews in more detail and it turns out, not very many. I could tell. They didn?t cut the right size holes in my slab. They had the design all wrong. The bolts aren?t lined up evenly. If I hadn?t worked from home to monitor the build, it would have been even worse. They acted rushed but took a long time to finish. And to top it off, they weren?t much cheaper than a competitor I should have gone with that had many good HA reviews specifically for Pergolas.

Jack got us through a very tough time in purchasing our home when it was discovered there were extensive Stucco repairs needed and all of the other bids we had were trying to screw us over. Jack explained exactly what he would do and how he would do it, and did EXACTLY that, along with calming our nerves!!! It was truly a Godsend finding Burr Metro!! Would ABSOLUTELY hire him again and plan to do so in the future. Do not use ANYONE else for your home repairs, he is THE best!!!!

Took a while to get going, but the work and quality of finished project was excellent. They brought good people, plenty of equipment, and quality materials. We are very happy with the finished project.

Mr Burr is a nice man and tells it like it is. He has confidence in his stucco work and does a fine job. I really like Mr Burr and appreciate his expertise! I would hire him again and for jobs other than stucco as well.

Fast,efficient, did great job would use anytime.

Well first they did the work quickly, rather than make you wait for weeks and secondly they did exactly what they said they would do for they exact quote given to me. IE, they didn't change the price afterwards like so many contractors. Jack even came after the job was done and did touch up work. This is an A+ contractor all the way.
