Marcus and the team did an excellent job. They were on time and did prep for the job well. They also took care during the job and cleaned up when finished.

Called KMS after reading all the great reviews. Marcus came out that same day to inspect and provide estimate for cleaning roof, back patio, pergola, driveway and sidewalk. He had all the paperwork in order (insurance, certifications, before & after photos). Explained the process for the roof cleaning since I’ve never had that done before and we set up a time to have the work performed. KMS did not disappoint. Marcus and his crew arrived on time and started setting up. Took extra measures to protect shrubs and grass. Marcus is a “hands on owner”. Completed the work in about fours hours as quoted. Looks great! It was a pleasure to deal with such an honest and professional contractor.

Second time I have used them; first time did the roof, this time siding. One of the best home services around. Marcus is a total professional, and does a superb job. I hope he expands his portfolio to include more things I can use!

Went well with soft wash first and then cleaned again with a surface cleaner, which is good for your concrete driveway and pave way, No complaint.

This was a very good experience. My HOA had sent me a letter stating that I needed to get the algae removed from my siding. It's thin vinyl, not very good quality, and I was concerned that power washing would damage the surface. Katy Memorial was able to use a much gentler washing process that removed all the algae from the siding as well as black mold on the exterior brick walls. This was about 2 months ago and the house is still sparkling clean on the outside! I should have asked whether the product used would damage plants. There was no damage to established plants, but I had just planted some flowers next to a brick wall and some of the plants were 'burned' by whatever liquid they used. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Excellent job done the fence, no pitting or gouging, it looks fantastic and the Pergola is cleaned of algae too without stripping the stain off of the underside.

Terrific! The guys did an excellent job. Our house is about 9 years old and we had considered repainting, but the powerwashing they did was so good it looks like a new paint job! Meticulous, professional, thorough. That's how I would describe our experience with Marcus today. He was punctual and courteous, and exceedingly professional. I was immensely impressed with the speed with which he accomplished the project (solo) and the level of cleanliness/thoroughness he achieved (given that this is quite likely the first time our house has been power washed in the last 30 years). I've no doubt we will be calling upon him again when the time comes, and will not hesitate to recommend his services.

Marcus was very professional, punctual and nice when he showed up for the bid. I appreciate the fact that they are INSURED, A-rated on BBB, A-rated on Angie's list, and the company is a certified member of the Power Washers of North America, which means they have the current knowledge on what-to-do and what-not-to-do. The fact that Marcus is an Eagle Scout is another bonus! On the day of the job, they gave a courtesy call before their arrival and showed up on time. They protected the lawn with plastic banners while washing. They treated the exterior walls of my house with some solution that completely took out the spots and kept the breaks intact. The before washing and after washing photos were just amazing! Great job! I am so glad that we used them. Their pricing is quite competitive. It's the not the cheapest online, but for the quality and insurance aspect, I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Thank you!

Marcus was very professional, showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up, all in a safe, and efficient manner. He has high values. Marcus pays attention to detail, was very careful with our shrubs, and took extra care ensuring a top quality job. He was very open to me pointing out a few very minor spots on our large 2 story house that I wanted him to clean again, which he happily did. He also did a good job pressure washing our fence to prep it for me restraining. Our home and driveway look new again! I would highly recommend him.

The roof had not been cleaned in 12 years. It is a large, very steep roof. Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning did an excellent job.
