"Made a appointment with Air Specialist on Monday and they were able to be here on the following Thursday. Dispatch called to let me know that the technician was in rout 30 minutes before he got there to make sure the appointment was still on schedule. The technician showed up with the proper tools in hand and after greeting at the door put on the protective booties to keep our home clean. He performed all the checks needed for the check up and gave me a written report as well. I have used Air Specialist for  seven years now and they have never missed a beat. I am lucky to have the same people who installed my unit service it. I don't make a habit of requesting one technician over the other but i have to say I don't have to with Air Specialist, every one that has come to my home know what they are doing and there is no pressure to purchase any upgrades just the facts.
