"In terms of quality, the without k was superb. We enlosed part of the garage and created an additional room to the house. The final product blended with the house as it is as originally built that way. To be more specific, Blake properly rasaised (floated) the garage floor to the same level of the house. Tight spqcing 2x4 was placed, nailed and plywood was then placed glued and nailed. There were no errors, rattling sound - just solid properly built floor. The same goes for the wall. Sound construction of studs and dry wall. The paint job wrapp d all of that bl nding perfectly with the rest of the house; truly as if it were built with with the original house. In terms of pricing. Blake was very reasonable. Money was not the motivator; the quality and good outcome was his main driver. He kept telling me "if you're happy, I am happy!" And I was very pleased with the work. Frankly, I would have paid more. But the trick is that I will be calling him back many tim s to come. In terms of timing, Blake was quick. The whole job took a week. He was 8:00 AM at my door step every day. The guy m ans business and he is seriuos about it."

"We are grateful we chose Charles and Infinite Construction to build a large deck for our house. We talked to several contractors and received several quotes. "I really wanted to provide a good review to these guys if only for the repeated effort they put in trying to get it right. Once the owner started to blame me and my house for the struggles they had, I decided I needed to write an honest review. So I have a house that was built around 2000 and it has rolled on texture and stamped ceiling texture that is applied using spackling compound. This is very common in this area and prior painters have had no problem matching it. In this case the crew admitted to me they were not professional painters, they did not to keep the area neat (drips on carpet, stain on pool cool deck (photo), stain on garage wall (photo), muddy boot prints on stair carpeting (see photo), etc,), they could not create a straight line in corners where two paint colors merge (see white/blue paint photo), and did not know how to texture. The wall texture had to be done over three times - that is literal. I showed them how to do it. They eventually got that fairly well figured out. The ceiling was another story - the area that had a sheet rock repair was retextured 5 times over three visits (see white ceiling / gray wall paint photos). At first it was totally terrible and I had to tell them what ceiling texture stamping tool to buy from Home Depot (pretty much the main one they sell). One painter told me he watched utube to try and figure out how to use that tool but did not have any experience with texture. He was not satisfied with his own work, to his credit. Finally the owner came and redid it. I was dismayed to find how rough it looks. I have hired someone to re do it. I can not recommend this company. If you do hire them, don't pay up front like I did."

He and a helper arrived the next morning and spent three hours washing leaves and pine needles off the roofs and gutters of both the house and garage. Then also bagged up the debris. Overall, I felt Mark provided a service than I expected. I would call him again to do other projects as listed in his profile."
