They picked up a few items at our home first, then went to her apartment to pack up and finally unloading in her new home. She had quite a bit of furniture in her one bedroom and much of it was very heavy. She purchased a 3 hour deal and they were able to finish in 3 1/2 hours so she only had to pay for an additional 1/2 hour. They were courteous and professional and they really did hustle.
