They did so bu then turned up music so loud it woke a family member who was asleep ill - I called the office of Sunrun to complain and ask that they could call their workmen since I had already had to go out once. They told me they would not but I could walk over and tell the workmen myself. I stated this was bad customer service - the office kept arguing with me so I hung up. Terrible experience!"

"I am the next door neighbor of a home where solar panels were being installed - first the workmen were throwing materials all over my yard so I nicely asked them to keep on the homeowners side. They did so bu then turned up music so loud it woke a family member who was asleep ill - I called the office of Sunrun to complain and ask that they could call their workmen since I had already had to go out once.
